IGS Construction, LLC. is changing the way construction is done. Our product and method of building was created to alleviate these issues while creating the most energy efficient, eco-friendly environment in the marketplace.

PROPRIETARY TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION

IGS Construction, LLC. is taking the 150+ year old process of building with sticks and bricks and transforming the industry through its patent pending technology. IGS employs a proprietary panel system using a polystyrene foam core that is encapsulated with its patented thermoplastic laminate. The panels weigh significantly less than traditional walls, are easily maneuvered and can be precision cut in our factory to meet the needs of most building types. This innovative system replaces framing and insulation so that the lightweight, modular panels can be used to build with relatively unskilled labor in a drastically shorter timeframe than traditional building methods.

DELIVERING A BETTER BUILDING MATERIAL

With the current global housing shortage, material costs continuing to increase, and nationwide labor shortage, IGS is well positioned to alleviate most of the issues being faced by all developers. Our panel allows a single-family residence to be weather tight within a week. In addition to the time and labor savings, our system is not subject to product shortages or commodity price changes for lumber and other building materials. All of this is done having only 5% of the construction waste of a stick-built home while being Category 5 Hurricane and Wind Rated, tested to withstand a 11.7 magnitude earthquake, hail and fire resistant, mold and mildew proof, 80-90% more energy efficient, and at a significantly lower cost.
