IGS Homes, LLC. is a wholly owned subsidiary of IGS Construction, LLC. Our mission is to change the way we build by employing the most ecologically and environmentally friendly building material that has been created. Our panel eliminates most of the hurdles builders and developers face today by utilizing our proprietary technology that simplifies the building process and offers buyers superior quality at a fraction of the cost.
IGS will continuously be increasing its panel production capabilities through the buildout of additional production factories while continuing to further the product line. Increased production capabilities will permit panel sales to other builders and developers who are like-minded and seeking to solve the same problems we are while presenting opportunities to grow into additional markets. Through our subsidiary companies, we continue to broaden our reach by assisting in the rehabilitation and encapsulation of existing structures, as well as providing a hail proof roofing system to the roofing industry.
Our Training Institutes are established to provide the tools necessary to anyone who does not have formal construction training to gain the knowledge and insight needed to build with our panels and share in our vision. It is our hope that we can assist in solving the global housing shortage utilizing the only material of its kind while simultaneously creating employment opportunities. All of this in the most ecologically and economically friendly manner the construction industry has seen.
IGS Homes, LLC., a subsidiary of IGS Construction, LLC., was formed to develop homes with Texas, Florida, and California. With standard construction costs expected to rise 14.1% year over year by the end of 2022 due to labor and materials increases, IGS Homes provides a solution to affordable, safe, and sustainable housing with minimal skill required to construct. Our homes provide a 50-year warranty, are 80-90% more energy efficient than a standard brick and stick home, are certified for Category 5 hurricane winds, fire and hail resistant, as well as being mold and mildew resistant. Our current portfolio consists of 5 different single family floorplans ranging from 1,500-2,500 square feet and 2 different multi-family, duplex style homes at approximately 3,000 square feet per side. Our estimated construction time per single family residence is 30 days.
IGS Air is the latest product line at IGS and it seems it is just in time. IGS’s unique line of medical grade air purifiers uses NASA born technology and powerful UV light to create fresh, clean, pure air while eliminating 99.99% of harmful viruses and other particulates, including COVID-19.
