IGS Construction, LLC. is transforming the roofing industry with its proprietary and patented Thermo Plastic Composite (TPC) laminate. The TPC panel system uses a DuPont XPS HD polystyrene foam core that is laminated on the top side with our TPC laminate. This waterproof and projectile proof system completely replaces the need for a multi-ply self-adhered or heat applied roofing system and can be installed with relatively unskilled labor in a much shorter time frame than traditional roofing systems. TPC is a certified moisture barrier and it passes Miami-Dade requirements for large projectiles, making it nearly impenetrable. It comes standard in 8′ x 24′ sheets allowing you to install almost 2 squares per sheet.
The panels are manufactured with a 4 inch overlap to make panel integration quick while achieving water tight seams.

Available in any thickness from 1/2 inch to 12 inches. We use DuPont High Density XPS Foam with an R-Factor of 5.2 per inch.
To date, this is the most innovative system of its kind. Unlike TPO, our TPC system is certified impact resistant and replaces standard ISO insulation systems. In addition, the IGS roofing system allows for less layers while providing less liability on the insurer’s side due to the elimination of torch down and hot mop.
